But, in a world that's designed to support how extroverts feel most alive, it can feel impossible to create and enjoy that space for yourself. As an introvert, your energy is your fuel and, unlike an extrovert, that fuel is sourced from within.

👋 HI THERE! I'M VICKY!

I used to feel like I was running on empty most days because I was "over peopling" and over committing myself with ZERO regard for my energy!

Once I learned to enjoy my introverted nature and not see it as something I needed "overcome" or "fix", I was able to relax into what I needed to feel my best! I learned that by turning towards down time to recharge and not away from it, I had more to give when I was at work or socializing with others!

Now I recognize the signs that I'm overextending myself so I can pull back and honor my personal boundaries to recharge my inner batteries (without feeling guilty, selfish, or judgmental towards myself!). I also routinely add activities that I know boost my energy (i.e., yoga, going for a walk, taking a nap, journaling, or being creative) because those mini breaks in my schedule allow me to power through my other commitments with more presence and confidence!

Now, I can't wait to share the process I took to get to this place so you too, can take control of your energy so you shine with more confidence and less struggle!

It's not selfish to prioritize taking care of your energetic health! Introverts must take ownership of managing their energy so they don't feel constantly depleted!
