How Joyful Energetics for Introverts Works…

The Joyful Energetics program is designed to give you everything you need to discover your unique energetic patterns, plus the tools and resources to optimally manage your energy going forward, so you can lean into and deepen your current relationships and cultivate new connections while growing your confidence, but without sacrificing your well-being.

Here’s how we’ll do that…

Kickoff Call / 60-90 minutes

To lay the foundation for a powerful and successful program, we’ll kick things off by discussing your goals for the program, current life/biz priorities, an accountability plan, etc.

This will provide us with a snapshot of where you’re starting, which allows us to measure your progress along the way. Also, by understanding your goal(s) and knowing your current priorities, we’ll be able to design a Joyful Energetics Blueprint that’s in alignment so you learn exactly how to manage your energy towards achieving what you desire.

6 Biweekly Coaching Calls / 60 minutes each

Every other week, we’ll meet to address a new phase of your growth in learning to manage your energy. Each session will build upon the last and will allow you to take action in between our calls to explore the concepts in real-time.

This is the heart of the program! As I teach you new concepts around introvert energetics, I’ll also coach you through the mindset shifts needed to embrace new ways to see yourself and what’s possible for you. This will allow you to release the judgment and doubt that’s currently keeping you stuck on the exhausting hamster wheel of pushing yourself beyond your limits.

Joyful Energetics Workbook (PDF)

The Joyful Energetics Workbook is your personalized guidebook and plan for how you optimally operate. You’ll complete this throughout the program as we work together.

This workbook will become your go-to guide for managing YOUR energy. Hi there...I'm Vicky!

I'm a certified mindset and energy coach for introverts.

In a world that likes to make us believe that being an introvert is a limitation, I LOVE to tell people that I’m a hardcore and proud introvert!

In fact, being introverted is one of my favorite things about myself. My biggest strengths are rooted in my introversion, so limited as an introvert…never!

(Our thoughts are what limit us, btw, not our nature! 😉)

Let me tell you a little of my story...

I frequently get asked when I realized I am introverted, and to be honest, I can’t answer that. I never had a lightbulb moment where I realized this about myself. While I may not have always known the term, I always knew I was quiet, reserved, and didn’t like the same things as most others (i.e., parties, being the center of attention, etc.!).

Learning I was an introvert happened over time, and no, I didn’t always see it as the superpower I do now. I, too, used to think my quiet nature held me back, and I wished I could be more outgoing and the life of the party!

But, once upon a time, I was in a relationship with an extrovert who had a pretty extroverted circle of friends. During that 4+ year relationship, I learned a LOT about myself as an introvert because I was thrust into the middle of a lion’s den of extroverts!

I tried to explain my nature to my boyfriend, but he wasn’t all that interested, which made me feel frustrated, misunderstood, and rejected.

Eventually, I walked away from that relationship and embarked on a several year journey of reconnecting with my true self where I learned to embrace my introspective nature, which is when, for the first time, I fell in love with who I am, as I am.

Ironically, as my confidence grew, I felt more comfortable around new people, connected more easily with them, and didn’t feel drained nearly as quickly as I was accustomed to!

Throughout my journey of connecting with my introverted self, I became extremely passionate about amplifying introverts in a society that continues to dismiss and misunderstand introverts.

In helping other introverts understand themselves and learn to live from a place of empowerment, self-acceptance, and unconditional confidence, it furthers my mission to change the collective understanding of introversion while also transforming the lives of those who share the magical gift of being an introverted soul.

Questions?

How much time is this going to take each week?

I get it! You’re busy! But, the work you’re willing to do in between our coaching calls is where the transformation happens. How much time is needed with vary from person to person (everyone comes in with a different level of awareness). Most of the work will be on changing things in your life, versus tons of “work”. While there is a workbook that supplements the work we do in the calls, and there are prompts to go deeper with the topics we discuss, the goal isn’t to keep you tied to the workbook.

The objective is to get you actively rearranging the things that are draining you so you reclaim your energy for the things you enjoy doing!But, if you want to feel more confident, energized, and connected to others, you will need to prioritize the work we do because this is what will allow you to open to a new way of thinking, seeing, and experiencing yourself and your life.

I really want to expand my social circle, will we work on this?

To expand your social circle in a healthy and sustainable way as an introvert, it’s imperative to learn how to manage your energy, so this is the primary focus in this foundational program.

But, during our kickoff call, we’ll discuss your top goals and priorities for your life and specifically for this program. If expanding your social circle fits that bill, then we’ll focus your sessions and use is as the vehicle for you to learn how to experience your energy in a healthy way that will enhance your ability to naturally and confidently expand your social circle during, and after, the Joyful Energetics for Introverts program.

I own my own business and I want to put myself out there more and be more visible, but right now that takes SO much energy! Will this help?

Yes! Learning to be more visible in a way that feels natural to you starts by learning how to understand and manage your introvert energetics. As you practice sustaining your energy, your confidence in yourself will grow. Both of these factors will positively enhance your ability to step into the spotlight in a more sustainable and healthy manner as an introvert.

During our kickoff call, we’ll discuss the top priorities in your life so we know where to focus your energy as I teach you how to manage your energy. But, the primary focus in this program will be on learning to manage your energy so you can take these bigger steps more confidently!

What is the refund policy?

Since Joyful Energetics for Introverts is a one-to-one coaching program, there is no refund. But, if you find you are unhappy for any reason during our time together, my commitment is to work with you to do what is needed to make this a powerful experience for you!
